I stopped by the finished "Bungalow Court" today. It is simply stunning! Kelly Langer, great friend & camp; resident goofball, came up with the concept of the bungalow court, and planted it in Village Gardens. I love this area of Lincoln. It is full of beautiful homes and fun local shopping. I sometimes convince my hubby to just drive through the neighborhood in the evening.
The Bungalow Court provides neighboors with a shared front courtyard, perfect for gatherings. The drives and garages are in the back, I LOVE this idea. It really makes the curb appeal fantastic! The best part about the cottages? They are so affordable, without compromising any style or quality!

christie this neighborhood is in village gardens at 61st and pine lake road....it is just beautiful! nebraska cottage company is ready to start a second cottage court nearby!
